Help us find the right place to look
- Your store’s myshopify.com domain and the AI client you’re using, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex.
- What you were building or changing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The relevant work name, environment, run ID, and error code, if available.
Share only what is needed to investigate. Do not email passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, full customer records, or screenshots containing credentials. Redact unrelated details before sending.
Start with the guides
- Connect your agent: installation options, OAuth approval, and connection status.
- Build with an agent: the programming interface and how Littleworks fits into what you’re building.
- Inspect and troubleshoot: failed runs, saved versions, logs, and safe retries.
- Limits and security: execution limits, public endpoints, and current capabilities.
Stay in control
In Littleworks inside Shopify, pause a work to stop new runs, inspect its versions and logs, or disconnect an agent under Agent access. Disconnecting an agent does not pause deployed works. Preview uses separate Littleworks storage, but permitted Shopify requests still reach your real store.
Privacy or security concerns
For access, export, correction, or deletion requests, email admin@littleworks.app with “Privacy request” in the subject. For a suspected security issue, use “Security report” and describe the issue without including credentials or customer data. See the privacy policy for how information is handled.
